Private Pay Contract

Underneath a private pay contract, residents (or their POA) complete an application for residency. Upon approval a contract will be drafted stating monthly rates and fees for the resident. Fees may apply residents and are based on each individuals case and needs.

Rosalie's current base rate is $2,850 per month

Residents who are state sponsored through Medicare (or other services) can apply for residency with Rosalie's. To begin this process, please contact our Licensee, Dianne, to begin this process.

Rosalie's Helping Hands offers a wide variety of services to fit the needs of each resident!

Rosalie's can accept clients under Medicare services as well as private pay contracts.

You can expect each resident as Rosalie's to have access to a wide variety of services including:

24 hour care staff on property to care for your loved ones needs
Personal transportation and transportation arrangements
Full home cooked meals served three times a day with snacks throughout
Full phone and internet access and a private TV in each bedroom
Private residential rooms
Special medical care (including diabetes, medication management, etc.)
